To begin the registration process for Kindergarten 2021-22, please COMPLETE THIS FORM. You will be contacted within a few days with your log-on information to finalforms and directions on completing the registration process and turning in required documentation..
Documents that will be needed are:
- Your child's birth certificate
- Your child's shot record
- Custody paperwork if applicable for the family
- Parents proof of residency (utility bill works best)
Children must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2021. Please see the attached document regarding kindergarten readiness.
